ABOUT ME
Just like everyone else, I have a purpose. For 26 years, I lived out that purpose as a leader, mentor and advisor in corporate America. I am of the rare breed that was part of the same organization for over 25 years. I attribute my longevity to integrity, hard work, loyalty, and the grace of God.

About ten years ago, I began to see a pattern for how people broke through to higher levels of success. The key was not showing or telling them how to do it. It was connecting them with the inner force that drives them and helping them discover how to get out of their own way. Success grows one healthy choice at a time.
In April of 2019, I learned that professional coaching provided a strategic blueprint to unlock a person's potential. After much intense study and practice, I started Purpose Coaching.

I have raised two amazing and talented children. One graduated this year from UNC-Greensboro and the other is studying at UNC-Charlotte.
